NEED HELP - AINP Salary matters

AINP doesn't care about your salary/wage. The CIC does, though. If you have one dependent your application will most likely be rejected. If it's just you then you should be fine. However, It takes a lot of time to get a nomination under that sector. That's like the lowest priority nowadays.

Is this normal? Ecas change to DM last week, still no PPR?

That usually means you got approved but the request is on the queue. You can call CIC and ask. When you get DM they are able to tell you whether or not your application was accepted or not. They won't tell you when you'll get PPR though. It usually takes between the same day to 2 weeks.

Knowing CIC I wouldn't be surprised if the number is 5600. Though, it's most likely to be 6000 +- 300. On average, each nomination brings 2.6 people.

PR visa is a single entry, what will happen if you refused at border to landing

You will sign a document that says you are voluntary withdrawing your entrance and you'll be sent back in the next flight without using the visa. This is to avoid a "deny entry" in your record. The visa is just for the airline to let you take the plane. The actual document needed is the CoPR. If...

R u waiting for AINP nomination

That petition is basically complaining and asking for a solution. It doesn't provide a realistic solution or any solution at all. It just says "fix this" pretty much. If this had an easy solution, the solution would be in place. Anybody here has a REALISTIC solution for AINP? That's how it...

it's not an opinion. It's a fact. The old days where having a University degree from Canada would guarantee a PR are over.

R u waiting for AINP nomination

The issue is that the current rules have no competition or demand in place. Until 2013, it was so easy to get a nomination. For about 5 years you would get a nomination in less than 4 weeks and your job didn't matter much. I know a guy who was a supervisor at A&W that got a nomination making...

Your NOC isn't related to your education. If you applied under NOC 2171, it doesn't matter if you have experience. Business Administration isn't related to NOC 2171. You need a computer science bachelor for NOC 2171 http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/qc/job_futures/statistics/2171.shtml

World War 3 Vs CANADA Immigration 2015/16

War is like the stock market. You can't say probability of x% says this stock will go up or down. Stocks are projection over time. The consequences of actions. War is the same. You can't say WW3 is less than 1%. WW3 is, like the stocks, projection over time. We are walking on the road to WW3...

World War 3 Vs CANADA Immigration 2015/16

WW3 as it happened in WW2 is unlikely to ever happen again. However, we are on the road to WW3 for sure. Weather we will reach the destination or not is uncertain but the scenario the world has is similar as the one that started WW2. Unfair polices.

Alberta's main money maker is oil. Oil goes down, many jobs go with it. It doesn't mean the province is doomed. Outside the energy sector, Alberta is doing well. The thing is that you don't hear much about it since energy is about 25% of the total GDP of Alberta. The scary thing is that in...

PASSPORT RETURNING TIME FROM CPC-Ottawa (SEPT.,OCT.&NOV.2015)PNP PR

Mine has only 3 steps. They didn't ask for pictures. It was probably because I was looking so handsome that they didn't want to ruin the impression with a different picture.
