Hi, don't loose hope. I am in the same boat, May 9 submission. No response yet whatsoever. May be good to send them a mail. And even if worst happens, if you have a good profile, stand a good chance in Express Entry.

Its the status at point of submission. If you trawl the CIC site, you should find information on it.

I suppose this will be decided by your ECA report whether they recognize the Masters degree as equivalent or lower compared to Canadian standards. I know of Post graduate in Finance being recognized by WES who provide ECAs. Hope this helps.
