Same here. 8 March AOR FSW Outland. BG status NA since May 5.

My BG status changed to 'We are processing your background check' on the same day when my Medicals passed and then moved to NA after a few days.

Thanks for the reply. I am currently in India so I think it's cumbersome to get the PCC sitting here. Do you know if they give enough time to obtain the PCC later, in case they need it?

Hi, I studied in Canada for 12 months and have now applied for PR from India. I have not submitted PCC for Canada and have just submitted it for India ( I have only resided in India apart from Canada). Do I need the PCC? Should I apply for it or should I only apply if they ask me to? Thanks Bharat

Thanks for the reply. I will mention this in the LOE because I can't get another letter. Do you think this can be a cause for rejection even though I include my promotion letter?

Yes I do. But that covers my entire duration at the company. The letter doesn't mention how long I worked for in each position..

What I mean is, I have all my duties mentioned on the letter including working hours, full time job, salary etc. I just don't have the duration for each position that I held at the company (2 positions). However, my duties and role was exactly the same in both positions.

Hi, I have got my reference letter from my company. However, both my positions are not mentioned on the letter although I do have the promotion letter. There's no way that I can get a new letter. Could this be an issue? My job duties in my older position match my NOC duties. Thanks! Bharat
