Hi Cyrus, as far as I found out, nothing s going to be done after judge review your file, then it will be in line for oath ceremony which might take to 3 months.

No , ecas just update when you will receive an oath invitation. you re lucky, the agent has even told me that your file has been accepted by the judge.

My test date was also on the 28th May. I hope to receive a response soon. I have called CIC, but the agent has not told me whether my file s approved or not. She just told me we see that you passed the test.

I think so as well. I got always different answer, once they told me your file s approved. Another time they told me , we can not see file approval at all; we just can see whether you passed the test. Another agent told me that not all files have to be approved by the CJ. In regard to time to...

Congradulation :) D u know the date the file was approved by the judge ? I called cic today, she told me that not all files have to be looked by the judge after the test.

that s not a usual case, but not seldom either. I have seen in this forum cases that have received RQ after the test. Seeing the judge is far better than receiving another RQ, as you present your documents and justify your case. Then you will go for the oath, I suppose.

How the agent told you the date of approval by CJ ? I tried number of times, once they told me it is approved, and other times they just told me that we can only see "you passed the test"

So they invite the ones that have had test on the 28th April. I had test on 28th May, so I probabily have to wait one month more.

Many congrads :) I thought the date shown on ecas indicates when it s updated, but it sounds not true

Do you know whether and when your file got accepted by the CJ ? It sounds that CIC montreal is far behind, and just gives invitation for people having had test on march 26th.

Do you know whether and when your file is approved by the Judge. This Might give an indication of when you will receive an oath invitation. Last time, I talked to CIC agent, he told me that if it takes 6 month, then we will look it out.

I told your, it should not take more than a month after CJ approval ;) I do not know why the ecas does not update

please share your ATIP notes, whether your file has been really approved on the 18th June. I think, you will receive your oath invitation soon. It should not take more than one month after CJ approval to receive oath ceremony.

I do not know why ecas does not update for the last 15 days.

I asked the agent, when calling CIC, whether and when the judge has approved my file, and she told me that we do not see those information.

I called CIC yesterday, and the agent was reluctant to give me status. He told me that you should wait till 6 months after the test, then call us. I had test on 28th May Montreal , and the officer told me then, it takes 1-3 months to oath cermony.
