my file was returned and I received it today.... The reason mentioned is that my duties doesn't match with the duties as described for particular NOC i applied for... I simply cant believe this as mine 90% duties match. Can I challenge the decision? and how to proceed from here? plz help

I got my ECA from WES and I received my report within 30 days.

No they didn't mention any reason.. will get to know when I receive the file...

My application Received date is 24th dec... waiting to get charged is there anyone in the same boat..

Don't worry U will get your PER soon... one of my friend from NOC 2131 application date 1st week of Sept got charged on 28th Nov and received PER mail in Feb.

I also called them up yesterday and I got a reply that U have to wait for atleast 10 weeks. then only they can reply to you regarding the status of your application. I am 24th Dec applicant waiting to get charged.
