Hi, I applied for my mother’s visitor visa on July 17, 2022. I received a refusal yesterday, however I did not receive correspondence refusal letter in my account . I assumed you always get the generic refusal letter or something, but we did not receive anything. Had that happened to anyone else?

Wow at least you got a request for medical. My mother-in-law's file got approved and transferred on Jan 24, 2014. Since then, there has been no movement or update on her file. But I guess we all just have to be patient and wait.

Hi there, the same thing happened to us. We applied for a Supervisa for my mother-in-law - we bought 1 year medical insurance also. However she got a V-1 visa, which is the visitor's visa. But her passport will expire Sept 2015 and her permanent application file is in Delhi - it is next in queue...

Hi, For the Supervisa you only need to submit the NOA for the most recent tax year. Please refer to CIC site for information on what documents you need to submit. If your doing a sponsorship application for your parents, then yes, 3 last years of NOA are required. We just did my mother-in-law's...

We received an email on Jan 24, 2014 from New Delhi which just informed us that the permanent application has been transferred there for processing. They listed the processing times and so on. We have not received any other communication since then.

Thanks for all the replies. Maybe we will just do it online since it seems simple enough. We are going to do the supervisa for my mother-in-law - her permenant application file has been transferred to the LVO - but who knows how much longer it will be. Thanks!
