Hello guys All those who have send their files in august 2014 for FSW and are waiting for PER please join here. We could get updates from each one of us so that we aware of current scenario. My file was delivered on 07-Aug-2014. No PER recieved yet. ::)

Is there any chance that my application will be approved before the capping is filled if I am sending file next week ? And do I need to register online before sending file or I could just send the parcel to CIO Sydney Nova Scotia directly?
