when we apply online for visitor visa there is an option temporarily - less than 6 months temporarily - more than 6 months does this mean multiple entry visa and single entry visa??

Hi All, My wife's X-Ray test is pending and rest all formalities are done (Hospital has sent medical to embassy and I have sent draft and documents). Now when can I expect 3rd line on ECAS? In few days or after my wife;s medical is also completed?
