My in-laws will be crossing the border with a u-haul trailer with all the 'goods to follow I am bringing into Canada. What do they need to do this? My COPR? I can't remember or find my list of goods to follow form, does the officer usually return it to you? Help!

I talked to border patrol and they said you be the PR card to enter otherwise it's still possible to get refused entry without it. She did say you can try to proof to a border agent that your PR card is on it's way via COPR but it's no guarantee they'll let you in.

So I called the Canadian Border Agency Services and they said so long as my in-laws have my list of goods to follow stamped and signed (from when I landed) and I write a letter giving them permission to move my goods, they are fine to cross the border. Yay :)

The ones I originally sent with my application are the same dimensions they asked through the link in my passport request email.

Ok, so the ones you send in with the passport are the ones that they use for the PR card, or you have to provide more when you land and apply for the card?
