We are almost on the same situation but our case was by mistake of our consultant. Thank God that the immigration officer did not refused the application, instead he transferred it under H/C application. Our application was successful and landed PR last June2018.

@ scylla i got a similar case.. was found ineligible for spousal sponsorship because i did not declare my girlfriend as a common-law partner. we were in saudi before and had no idea that we met the qualifications for common-law and when i received my pr on 2013 i was not aware and not advised...

Medical exam done at Al Habib Medical Center They took Coomb's test, hepatitis screening, urinalysis and chest xray

Will submit the NBI Clearance issued last April 2014, hopefully they will still accept it. Medical done - July 24, 2014 Will file End of Contract by the end of this month, effective November 2014. May God bless us all!

Thanks LRCG22.. the Saudi Police Clearance was also issued last March 2014, I hope that will work. ;D They are requiring to submit Original NBI Clearance (issued within past 3 months), it was issued last April 2014 - which is the 3rd month now. And i'm not sure if they will still accept that or...
