    reschedule oath date- please help

Take dpenabill's advice serious, if you can reschedule your trip do it and attend your oath, you never know what would be the outcome from CIC especially these days. In my opinion, no trip is more important than taking the oath on time and get it done.

Oath date in scarborough - need help

Short answer to your question is no they will not reject your case only because of missing some stamps which is normal and they know that. Instead, they're looking for more evidences to verify the number and period of your trips as you provided with your application. CBSA report usually does not...

    ATIP REPORT

Once you apply for ATIP, your report will be generated on the same day or next day. They hold your report for one month and then release the send button!, so everything happened during those ~30 days will not be reflected on your report. In other words, if you apply today you will see the notes...

HOW FAST DID YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION TAKE? (NEW CITIZENS)

Never ever laminate your certificate, if you do so when applying for passport it might be considered as damaged. If you want to protect it just use plastic cover or binder.

CBSA report- Access to Information Act or Privacy Act?

there is no difference, these are two different ACTS to give you a right to access same information. It will not affect the information you will get so of course most if not all will choose privacy act.

    Does requesting ATIP raises RQ

There is no limit on the number of requests; however, once you apply it will take about 30 days to receive the report back, of course during this period one would not request another one. 2-3 times is very normal.

are pay stubs and passport stamps necessary?

nothing except what required on the checklist is necessary so in short no you do not need to send them, there will be no negative consequences in sending more documents (unless you send them 2 boxes!) but whether they would provide any benefit largely depends on your case. If your case is clear...

Pre-test RQ transferred to St. Claire from Mississauga Office

Yes at the moment it seems all RQs are being assessed in St. Clair office. This is based on many reports on forums like here and we have no official evidence to prove it though, so any day this could change depending on internal CIC processes. At least so far, the trend is that your RQ will be...

PR RENEWAL WHILE WAITING FOR CITIZENSHIP APROVAL

you can and in fact should renew your PR card. These two are completely separate processes and have nothing to do with each other. Your citizenship application is handled by local offices while PR renewal is being handled by another office. I did the same when my citizenship application was...

Now what - what to do when 35 months are up

Your next step is most probably hearing, as you explained on the other post you are short of 1095 days residency days and handed a form after your test. The real problem is not hearing, is the fact that CIC took almost 2.5 years to figure this out without even touching the application until your...
