Unfortunately it takes more than 3 months in online application to get BOWP.. Even if you apply today, you will hear something about your PR application before they see your BOWP application.

Hi guys, If I leave Canada and stay in my home country while waiting PR progress, is that fine? Is there any rule like that a principal applicant must stay in Canada? My time line is I have done medical test a month ago, and still waiting.

Their rule is different, agent by agent. Call again and ask other agent. He/she might let you know something. :)

I can't underatand why CIC requests this. When we applied, they said we needed to submit Pcc from our country other than Canada. Am I wrong?

Hi July applicants. FYI. I applied for my BOWP on 17th Sep. by online. And it was approved on 20th Oct. and delivered on 30th Oct..

I have called CIC today about this BOWP delay. They said they have sent a mail on the same day when BOWP was approved, and they will send it again if it is not delivered within 6 weeks from the they it was approved. Only we can do now is just waiting for 6 weeks.

Hi guys Have you guys whose BOWP application got approved around last Monday (Oct. 20th) received hard copy of BOWP by mail? I haven't received yet, It has passed more than 1 week, I think this is a little strange..

If you applied online, by email and CIC website. If you applied by paper, by post mail.

I think you have wrong answered to the questions which were shown when you started to apply online. Maybe you answered that you had job offer letter and LMO, which led to closed work permit application. try again to answer as if you don't have any job offer and LMO.
