you or your husband may try to contact CIC in Mississauga. Its toll free anyway. I just couldnt remember their contact number but it should be on their website. Or if Permanent Resident na ang asawa mo, you could check your application sa website ng CIC using your husbands UCI number. UCI number...

I think the reason why it is in process is because they already opened your application. I dont think its gonna change to "DM" withouy them having your passport yet, because according to the passport request email, they will only continue processing your paper once you give them the additional...
