    I don't think this has any impact at all, but not very sure. Maybe you should apply for a India PCC..and that will give details if any remarks at all. I guess good idea to get legal advise. All the best!

    I don't think there is any worry based on the penalty that was imposed and civil nature...as mostly the section would be 34(4) of the Copyright Act. Only if it is Section 42(1) there is any criminal offence..and here too, if it is summary conviction and first charge I don't think there is any...

    Valid point. I believe test will be proctored by outsourced agency..and interview will be sequential by IRCC Officer...as for many they may be able to combine interview and oath ceremony as subsequent step.

    It has been such a long and frustrating 2020...and the recent Maradona's news was more saddening. IRCC could have been more kind and transparent! All is ok and excused, as long as they can scale up with automation..so the entire backlog of testing is done with in the next couple of months. Lol.

    We will have to still wait for the IRCC officer to invite us to take the online test...phd in "patientology". That has been for everything here !
