No need to worry just submit ur application. i submitted application for my mother and didnt physically sign any documents just received ppr . so digital signature is valid for each of the forms

I there is no harm in trying. That means you didnt submit medicals upfront when submitting the file , and than u did medicals even though u didnt receive any instructions and updated to your application. Awating your reply as if this is the case I would like to do the same. Thanks
