Hi All, Can anyone please tell what is the latest charge in NOC 2133 ?

Brother, i missed IMM5562-travel form, and it was received by CIC 14 days after my primary application. I have already mailed to CIC about it , till now i haven't got any response from them. If any how i would send my second file ? then what would happen to my first file.
