I am a September 2013 applicant waiting for "Decision Made"! :'(

Application received: 19 September 2014 AOR: 23 October 2013 "In Process": 5 March 2014 My status hasn't changed to "Decision Made" yet and CIC is not replying to my emails. Does anyone else have a similar timeline? Should I approach an MP and ask him/her to inquire about it? Thanks!
