Hi all, I received my application back from CIC today as cap was reached for NOC 1123. My application was received by CIC on 21st Nov 2014. I have applied for EE with 365 points but not sure if I will get through. Thanks all for your support.

I got an email reply from CIC that my app was returned on 23rd Feb 2015 by snail mail as 1123 was capped. Today it is 23rd April and I am still waiting for my app to be delivered to me :( Any idea on how much time it takes to reach the mail from Canada to an Asian country?

I tried calling CIC call center today but due to high calls volume IVRS did not transfer my call to an agent. I don't have my UCI number yet. My application reached on 21st Nov and I am pretty sure it's on its way back to me. :( Is there any other way to know when CIC returned my application?

Hi, Your spouse need to have minimum of CLB 4 i.e. for IELTS Listening 4.5, Reading 3.5, Writing 4.0 and Speaking 4.0. to get five points under Adaptability. Regards, SD
