We had our passport request in May 2014, and just got our COPR and VISA delivered today.

We had the same problem. So we called the service desk and told them we lost the tracking numbers. They looked it up by name.

Contacted DHL today as had a strange feeling. They said they tried to deliver COPR on Friday and again on Saturday, but we were not home. We were actually home all day on both days. After confirming the address, part of our building name was cut off on the label and they had an old mobile...

I Understand. I guess what I was trying to point out, is that there are many people in the same situation. It looks like it should be soon though. They have had out passport since May 2014 lol.

It appears all those with DM on Dec 12 (Friday), how have their VISA in hand. Now onto Dec 15 (Monday) and those those entered a date over the weekend between Dec 12 and Dec 15.

There is also a family in the news in Canada now who did not declare their son on the initial application and now the son is not able to join them in Canada. Sad but rules are rules I suppose. Everything needs to be declared on the application initially. I wish you much luck!

I believe they are being sent out in order of medical expiry (1 year) from closest expiry to furthest away.
