you have to collect evidences as much as you can and after you make all the documents together, you have to make 3 sets of them and make ready to send when they give you an ADR or a full hearing date and also they'll mention you before when you should send them ... good luck

dear sunny, I think though you hire a lawyer you should do the home work like gather documents and all the proofs and all... so, that is your choice to have a lawyer or a consultant but i think all of the gathering you have with you now are most important stuff for a good successful appeal...
