Thanks guys! All this information is extremely helpful. My PGWP expires Sept 1 & I will apply under CEC last week of July. If I don't get AOR by August 25th, I am sending an application for BOWP. Just have to figure out if I should do it online or by regular mail.

Did that work for anyone? I am wondering if they would even consider it since they will see AOR was issued after my PGWP expired.
