if your occupation is in current (updated) In Demand List,you can create EOI and submit.you can select 'NO' in Proof Of Licensure document if you dont have it. With entry of EOI based system,the previous system is scrapped. Regards

This is good news.where is the link to apply to the EOI.not able to locate EOI submission in existing profile.In a guide it is mentioned as Step-3.is it required to create a separate application altogether?or is it possible to update existing Account?

no .i have been clicking "Check all application screen and submit" since last two hours ,it only shows me red prompt about application threshold reached message.i tried clearing cache.also tried checking from different browser.still not able to submit.

NOC 2174 is not enlisted in Occupation list of SINP may be you can try for 2173 and for computer engineering background you may have to apply for APEGS.

what is the best way to check when SINP is taking applications

This is the same issue with me.I have paid application fees last week.but still Application form and Application Fees Paid are showing in the red cross mark.
