I think you have two options that can get you towards your PR:- 1). PNP 2). CEC Contractual job wont count towards CEC. And if your current job does not qualify you to apply for SINP, there is no use of carrying on with it. What I think is if you just want money inflow carry on with your job...

Lets hope and pray to the almighty to bless cic officers with some common sense so that they can do us December applicants before January & February applicants. It is so inhuman of them for just leaving dec 20-jan10 applicants waiting and moving forward...simply ridiculous >:(
