Hello Sverma, physioindia, Could you please information as soon as you get any. When I contact WES, they told that ECA will get extended upon ordering a duplicate one. However, I didnt see the exact information from any so far from threads in this forum.

Hello Vivek, I am on the same boat. Did you get any information on the renewal. When I called WES, they told that ordering duplicate will extend the expiry. However, looking at the other threads in this forum so far, I didnt get absolute information. Like, new date on duplicate report.

It's not only about waiting patiently. We want to highlight them their system issue on auto generating the PDF files to the applicants, which is not the same for all even after receiving the payment confirmation. We cannot predict Quebec processing and don't know how well their first ever...

Called MIDI and addressed the issue. Also requested that it could a problem with their system and pass this to their technical team. However, I was told that there was no problem with their system and they don't know why their system has auto generated PDFs with reference number for some...

Please take a look at the thread "MPQ Jun 13 - Payment done but still "Payment Processing" and no PDFs received". We shall gather and contact MIDI on the issue.

Our status is "Payment Processing" not "Waiting for treatment". We didn't receive the summary PDF after receiving successful confirmation of the payment and then the system has to auto update the status to "Waiting for Treatment". That is what we are highlighting.

Thanks for your response Shaggycoc. As per my understanding, they have earlier addressed the issues on payment failures. I believe, they have not yet identified the issue I mentioned above. We are really struggling with new system in place even after paying the fees. Will put efforts to the best...
