You should be fine. I waited almost 6 weeks to receive my passport request from the day the DM status was updated. Worst of all, I waited 7 full weeks before I got my passport stamped with visa. Had to cancel a airline booking, which I had made to travel outside Canada. Finally I got it...

Ok. Finally received the passports after about 8 weeks of waiting... Good luck to others that are awaiting. It is testing. But be patient, it will all be good.
