We have same situation right now, the status still out of delivery, i called them and let them checked my mail they said same answered. I paid extra for initial sticker too It's important mail and we paid what they supposed to do.

My passport still in Ottawa- out for delivery hope they will received it tmw

I called cic today and the agent I talked was saying I need to wait 16mos until they can open my application. She didn't asked anything about my info except what place who process my documents., it's been 2mos after IP. Application received: September 2, 2014 Docs requested and rprf : May 26...

Balticsea Acctually many people wait. I saw some february files got pprs and dm only couple days ago.... That is 16 months of waiting. I think best way is to relax otherwise will go crazy Smiley I'm September 2, we have the same boat, waiting waiting
