Hey Just an updated, went to pick my wife up at the airport on Monday. She was able to get her PR card applied for as well as SIN completed. Need to complete her Health Card and we are good to go. So happy!!! ;D 8) :D ;)

Yes this is correct Canuck, I Printed my pictures in Black and White. One picture per page. I had quite a few pictures about 40. I included pictures of the wedding as well. Not each picture included myself or my wife in them.

Congratulations, it seems like the Pretoria office is very diligent too. Imagine with missing documents you were able to finish the process in about 6 months time. That is amazing and again congrats to another February applicant!

You need not worry about this at your stage NKT. This form will be given to the sponsored person once they land in Canada. It will be used for everything including Pension eligibility date to obtaining a SIN card. Hope that helps

Hello guys, Regarding the next steps. How does one get the Confirmation of Permanent Residence IMM5292? Is that given upon landing at the airport. It seems to be the single most important document once the passport has been stamped with the visa. Any information would be welcome.

Hey JHJ, apparently there has been some mishaps with applications not properly "coding" My advice would be to call CIC Customer Service team and explain to them your dilemma. unfortunately you will have to resubmit and properly a-fix that this application is for outland application. hope this...
