Same with my application. Wrote the exam on April 4th, passed 19/20, then the officer signed me on a consent form asking same I-94 record. In my case she was kind enough to apply in my name. But the time frame is the same, 2-3 months delay in the DM to Oath invitation.
Nothing to do, but wait. :-/
