If you get Medical request does that means its approved. In my case they transferred the file to Delhi office and asked for medical of mom and my dependent brother who is older than me. They have also asked some more forms.

So if I get this right.... You need to first check if you can make it to FSW eligibility with 67 points. Then apply for EE and get 470+ or around that range. My question is do you need a offer letter in order to get ITA? Or EE doesn't go anywhere unless you have a Canadian employer offering...
