Hi, I am from Alberta, I applied on May 16th. My application is not in process yet, I am guessing they may ask me for Police clearance certificate with finger print for me as it is more than one year old. What is the current procedure to send police clearance request?

Hello people, got my AOR. Application received by CIO on 16th May. AOR received on July 15th. After two months. I applied under pnp category. With my family.

Thanks Suryak86, do you know when CIO received your application, as I've noticed people whose applications were received by CIO on May 13th, one or few of them received AOR on July 4th in that case it's not happening in complete order, you should have received well before this time.

I think the delay is due to the opening of new quota for this year, skilled migration started in June I think. Therefore, I think they are getting applications from all around the world and they have divided the time and staff between both these acknowledgement. Just a thought, don't really...

@ leed007, this is the only thread exclusively for May 2014 pnp applicants as far as I know. There are some people sharing their experiences in June 2014 batch of pnp applicants.
