the tracker is so not up to date... so you know you were granted through the call with IRCC? Our application is with Edmonton office. Same here the officer said the citizenship was granted but the status is still in progress.

I have no idea either. The agent knew my boys name and my name. She verified my boys information through the phone and said she is granting the citizenship online one by one. The next step I could expect is the certificate. Btw she knew my full mailing address as well.

same situation here. Nothing got updated since April 23rd... sigh

You could update the additional document to explain it in the 1st step. I used to attached some explanation letters in my PR application. Seems it worked.
