December 2013 applicant ako...di nga namen naisama ng hubby ko ung medical sa application nmen..then un pala pwede naman ang upfront...PPR ako ng July 9, 2014 and sinend ko ng July 22, 2014...nag e-mail na ako sa CEM kahpon hoping they will consider to send me the request letter for my medical...
