If you have a UCI number, you should write it, but I dont know what will be if you leave it blank.

CLIENT ID is your private number after you applied to CIC first time. If it is your first applying, keep this field empty. Otherwise, you should have this number after first application (see PER letter or first page of IMM0008 form, if application has been returned).

I did it. The original nomination letter has been received approx. 2 weeks after I sent docs to CIO.

I fully agree. Moreover, the form Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] were updated already and you must use new form for applying. And, a bit of my personal data were changed while I wait nomination, therefore I checked the forms and filled some ones with new information.

I guess they have nominated approximately 30 people.

Thanks! My NOC is 2173. The nomination letter was received via email and its copy (or maybe, hardcopy) has been sent by NSIO directly to CIC.

Admin, please update my record in the statistic table, because my updates are not showed: dates of prescreen mail (23 of May) and date of nomination (23 of June), thanks! And, please, delete my old record with username "T&S".

Letter is signed by manager. Before I have received a request of additional information from officer (on 10 of June). I received pre-screen mail on 23 of May.
