I'm going the press with my case.

My concern is that if they don't believe that I've paid it now, how am I gonna get my refund.

Thanks for your input guys. I really appreciate it. How do you go about getting the refund? I've got a feeling it could be a palava if it's anything like sending them receipts.

How do I get the cash back if I pay it again?

I've sent it again. Cio said there's no record of my receipt number in their system. This has screwed EVERYTHING for me. You've no idea. Without going into personal information, it's jeopardizing my whole application.

Here's where I am. Sent three emails to Ottawa and Sydney, it's now a month and still no reply from them. I've resent my RPRF, this time by mail, that was a week ago (recorded delivery) yet I'm still sitting at IN PROCESS. That's also now the third copy of this that they've had. This follows...
