Could someone advice please? My parents have valid Immigrant visas and COPRs. They were issued about 2 weeks ago and they will expire on December 8th. My parents are located in Russia. Do they need to apply for a travel authorization or they don't? They will be landing in Pearson. Thank you!

@armoured for the first point, that passports can be submitted only during the current Monday and Wednesday opening hours - does it mean that they could be submitted in VFS in person by an applicant during these hours? Or that a courier has to deliver a package only during those hours? Thank you!

Try to login into your google account. Then go to the sponsorship spreadsheet, click File -> Make a Copy. Then go to your personal Google Drive, find the newly created copy, open it and export functionality should be available.
