    Delayed divorce for the application

to THINK of marriage before divorce is granted is not illegal at all. You are just contemplating marriage. Now, if you go DO marry before your divorce is granted, then it is illegal. :D

    Delayed divorce for the application

Ok, so is there a specific form for that? Or a letter will suffice? A very short letter stating that I started living in this address with my partner, apartment number 123 etc. and then she signs it and have it notarized? I will definitely ask her! Or I will regret it later

    Delayed divorce for the application

well thanks. I will try this. But my partner is a bit hesitant to ask her. Cause it that means she has to schedule to go to a notary to have it notarized? what an inconvenience is that to a stranger.

    Delayed divorce for the application

Yeah, but the problem is my name is not on the lease. We tried to put my name a few days after I arrived and it was refused. The idea of asking the landlord to vouch for my arrival date is absured. Let alone ask her to make a declaration that she has to sign and have notarized is just too much...

I don't have any income around the world. My partner who has work gives me some sort of allowance every month for personal expenses like shopping, eating out, movies to ease out boredom. This money appears in our joint account which I can then withdraw anytime. Is this considered income? thanks!
