Please keep waiting. On CIC website, they average processing time is 3.5 years for Singapore Visa Office. Don't worry. Best

On 05 Nov 2015, I have received mail from CIC saying they have considered my situation and have revised my DNA testing requirements accordingly. Feeling relieved. Thanks
