I am a PR and applied for my parents Visitor's visa on April 4th (online - in India). Still waiting for a response, the online status says Submitted.

PPR Received yesterday morning and passport submitted yesterday noon. :D

Here is your answer : You will need Quebec Selection Certificate and then you can work there. Now, if your company is transferring you to QC, what visa are they planning to give you? Is this a temporary transfer or permanent? Accordingly you can tell them that you have the PR and all you need...
