Sent my passport today, tracking ID shows will arrive tomorrow. I live in Ottawa, I wish I can just stop by at their office and finish rest of the paper work ;D Checked ECAS status this afternoon, it is now showing decision made.

I have no idea. I called my bank (scotiabank) about this, they told me it is really hard to track it and I sent the the whole money order with receipt too...
