I applied online Trv inside Canada because I am student here.I attached Imm 5708 form. is it wrong form , if yes how can I update new form in my application.I think I should attach 5257

I think they will get medical request.when they ask for medical they will send passport back .

Right now I have work permit but its not based on lmo ,it is open work permit becuase my spouse is studying ,pervious one is expired already which one was based on Lmo.what shuld I do?accept this invitation or decline?I tried to call to cic they dont have that answer.
