That's what i heard too. But his consultant was saying that after getting refusal email, you will not get your package back and not even DD too. He wants to put file again and he was told that he has to do his DD again to put file again. and this time he doesn't need to send entire package...

Even my application was received on 21st May. (I still have to correct it on Excel file. I am not able to edit it.) I sent DD with it. There are many others like me for NOC 2173 whose apps were received on 21st May. I am too waiting........ :( :)

One of my friend also applied on 18th August. He is also worried. His consultant inform him that his file might be returned if the cap is fulfilled for 2173. I guess it won't even take July candidates. The cap will be filled in June. Sad. But True Fact. It is already near 200 till it started...

What happens is people who are ready with IELTS 6 bands applied already. Now, others are stuck in IELTS and WES requirements. Once they fulfill those, they will start applying one by one. Though, the applying ratio in July/August will be lower than June and May. What do u think?
