if you have submitted a PCC from Saudi with your original app, this means that they are happy with it and don't need an updates and just need for the rest of countries. .. That's my personal understanding

Thank you for the reply . . My VO is London... by the time I get the PCC request I believe one of the submitted PCCs will be expired and one not... so will they specify exactly which one they need update for in addition to the missing one as well.. still a bit confused! !!

Got my PER on Sep 24th and waiting for MR/PCC request.. I've already submitted some of the PCC required with the application. .. so when they send the PCC request do they specify whether they need only the missing ones or also with updates for the submitted ones... or they just ask for PCCs...

I'm not an expert but to me this just confirms what the minster said that immigration visa steps is reduced from 3 steps to only one step... now they are doing completeness check and detailed docs and points review in the same step and what VO is doing is just a confirmation on that main step...
