The latest charging for 2133 happened for 12th Nov (DD) in the month of Jan. Post that no charging is reported. No one is sure, if our NOC has reached the CAP or there is any other reason for this HOLD in charging. I'm 24th Nov applicant and not charged yet. I hope we will get some clarity by...

No charging happened since 16th Jan'15 (Application date -7th Nov/CC). We are not sure if CAP has reached or they have put HOT NOCs on hold temporarily. In case charging starting again, there are very high chances that you are IN.

It's one year from the date your Medicals are done. Say you completed your medicals on X date and send your results+other docs to VO and VO took 3 months to issue you Visa. So you are left with 9 months (1 years - 3 months) to land in Canada. Hoping it helps.

Check your IM for the url. Keep us posted in case you get any useful info. For 4th Nov CC, one Chinese guy (whats app grp) confirmed me that charging happened yesterday for 2133. There is no way to authenticate the info.

Do you know Chinese and as that forum is in Chinese and you will not be able to figure out where to see ??
