Thanks Rocky, what you said here makes sense. I have successfully landed and the officer gave me a paper to read, i recall it says: if CIC found you have misrepresented documents to get your PR status, CIC can revoke your PR status. At this point, I am not discussing about my situation...

I just checked, mine just got activated!!! YES! :D

Though, lawyer is only lawyer, they are powerless against law, or in this case, law enforcement or law maker. Their opining is subjective and not official.

Passport received June 23rd. Return not activated yet.

check your spam mail but most May 16 to 23 have stuck with DM without any PPR.

Please check your spam mail, i know there are lots of Oct applicants still waiting for PPR but their DM is ranged from May 16 to 23 (for some reasons, they stuck). All May 31st and June 1st DM that i know of all received their PPR, including myself, DM June 1st.
