I think 29 months refers to total time from the day when the application is submitted. In meantime, 1. stage approval should come and than the rest.

My application was sent Feb 2017, opened Jun 2017 and I got the 1. stage approval Feb 2018. My case is complicated and I have very good Legal Aid lawyer. If you can get one - I would do it.

And yes, my employer that I had WP for, reported me for that. They went after me when they realized that lowering my wages did not result with making me a slave for their company.

Closed. And I read the refusal letter. The relationship with my employer went downhill and I think they revoked my WP. I have to find out.

My BOWP was refused today. I am waiting for the letter to see the reasons. I also have my existing WP valid until October 2015, so that could be the reason.
