Dear Kavya, My status is still the same. Not yet received MR till date. Got my CAIPS notes today. My bfd was on 9th Nov 2013 but nothing has happened so far. Everything seems to be fine but no clue as to why they have not yet released my medical request. Regards, Sakhi.

Now I feel that there is no point in applying for CAIPS notes. If I had read your post before, I would not have applied for caips notes on 15th oct. Anyways, will update once I get the generated notes.
