Don't be worried. There are people who landed in March 2014 who have still not received there cards. The whole system is a bit haphazard. Different people receive in different times. You can call the Call Centre (keep your information ready) and check the status with them. If your address or...

I can confirm that you do NOT need the PR Card if you are getting the license in Ontario. Both I and my wife got our licenses after taking the tests based on our passport and COPR in April this year. I have heard from some that some of the other provinces may require the PR Card

Hi: consider yourself real lucky if you get it in 3 weeks. For me it is 120 days and still not received. There are a number of cases where it is taking quite long. You can call CIC call centre to check on the status after the 21 day period. The number is available on the web site
