You should have it like how it is on your country passport. So on the form it would be your family name in the family name box, then the exact order of your given name on your passport into the given name box. Hope that helps.

I applied for my student status restoration on August 8th. At the time i checked on CIC website, it would take 33 days for them to process my application. When I checked today, the processing time has increased to 41 days ... So I guess what I'm trying to ask is does that processing time still...

I'm also waiting for my student status to be restored. I applied on August 8th and still haven't heard anything back. I couldn't renew my study permit due to not receiving my letter of acceptance in time before my document expired. If you do hear anything, please let me know.

Thanks a lot, that really puts me at ease now. I can't remember if I submitted in my study permit the first time I applied for University, but they did inform me that my study permit has expired and required me to send in new documentations.
