You can pay rprf by clicking on the link you got in the email from VO. You can pay be credit card. Of you don't have one, borrow from someone, there is no problem with that. Then email the rprf receipt to the email from which you got the rprf fees request.

No, they didnt accept my passports. They said it is mentioned London, so we cannot forward it to New Delhi, unless you get an email from Canadian High Commission to submit here. I have emailed LVO with a request to submit at CHC , India. Hope to get a reply soon.

No, i dont think you need to do that. I sent my PCC via courier to LVO. and after 15 days got PPR.

Generally it varies from case to case. If you have travel history of UK/USA, the background check takes more time. For me it took exactly 2 weeks. So if your background checks are done, you might get it the coming week.
