When it has been closed and approved it means that stamping has already been done. It is usually sent back to the CVAC Office the next day.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a PASSPORT REQUEST message on your CIC account. There you will find on how you will send your passport. It is usually sent to the nearest CVAC office in Cebu or Manila.

I did experienced that before. I just deleted the previous application and created a new one. However good luck on your visa application journey. You can see my journey on the timeline in my profile. It just took a couple of hours after I submitted the documents for me to get an approval.

You just need to delete your cookies on your browser and do it again. It worked for some of the members here. Paper application takes too long.

Hi! The Embassy received my passport this morning and my status in my CIC account was updated to CLOSED and APPROVED. I'll try to contact the CVAC tomorrow morning as embassy forwards passport every morning to the CVAC. Let me know about your visa journey too :) See you in Canada soon!

As far as I know you need to submit that to the nearest CVAC and everything will be paid in the CVAC center.
